Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. However, during periods of high order volume, such as holidays or peak sales events, processing may take up to 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.
Orders will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options, including waiting for the item to become available, receiving a refund, or applying a store credit.
